Many of us consume more calories than we realise.

Our new campaign provides adults with a simple tip to help them make healthier choices – aim for 400-600-600. Try to stick to around 400 calories for breakfast, 600 calories for lunch and 600 calories for dinner, plus a couple of healthy snacks and drinks in-between.

One You Leeds is here to make it easier for you to achieve this. Try our delicious, easy and cheap recipes that will keep you on track for your 400-600-600
