The single best thing you can do to improve your health and the health of the people around you is quit smoking.

Every year more and more people quit smoking, and enjoy the better wellbeing, wealth, lifestyle and life expectancy this can bring.

Our Health Coaches are providing personal support in line with social distancing guidelines, including over the phone or video call. They can provide you with advice, guidance and motivation to quit smoking for good at this important time.

20-30 minute sessions

Work one-to-one or part of a group with a health adviser to stop smoking

Our smoking cessation service provides one to one or group support with one of our health and wellbeing coaches over 12 weeks.

We use a proven mix of encouraging behavioural support and Nicotine Replacement Therapy (NRT) OR Prescription Only Medication to help you to quit, and stay quit for good.

You are four times more likely to suceed by working with us than going it alone.

Everything that we provide is completely free of charge!

How hard is it to quit smoking?

The least effective method is to try to quit unaided (going ‘cold turkey’). You’re four times more likely to quit with our free support than if you go it alone. By using the support that’s right for you, you’ll be boosting your chance of success.

Regardless of how long you’ve been smoking for, whether it be 4 or 40 years, you will still experience these amazing improvements to your health after you quit.

    Your lungs have cleared of mucus. Your sense of taste and smell is improving
