What you can expect from us

Weekly sessions lasting 1 hour.

Week 1 – Information Week

Discussing your Stoptober pledges and information around the medications available to help you quit

Week 2 – Quit Week

Commit to a quit date! You will receive Carbon Monoxide monitoring and NRT (nicotine replacement therapy) as required.

Week 3 & 4 – Support

Group sessions on how you are progressing and medication review.

Week 5 – Your Quit Status

How successful have you been?

We will continue to support you in your effort to quit for good!

Eligibility Criteria
Our Cooking Skills courses are £8 per session for 8 sessions. However, you may be eligible for a subsidised rate of £2 per session, if you:

• Are from a BME community
• Are from a new or emerging community
• Have or are at risk of developing a long term health condition
• Are pregnant (including your partner)
• Have a mild to moderate health condition
• Are a care leaver
• Are in receipt of benefits
